Their bikes cost at least $15,000 so they've paid GST on the purchase. They also all own cars so they've paid their COE, road tax and ARF too.

To be honest cars hold up traffic far more often than bikes do. Whenever you see congestion on the streets of Singapore it's all caused by cars, motorbike, vans, buses and HGVs.

You can see for yourself in the photos.... not a single cyclist in sight but the road is gridlocked.
