STOMPer jogger claims that he saw some foreign workers cutting a hole in the fence of an old army camp at Brickland Road.
This STOMPer says:
"These pictures were taken at the Choa Chu Kang Park Connector at Brickland Road.
"Last Sunday while jogging there in the late evening, I saw a group of foreign workers cutting a hole in the fence of an old army camp.
"They entered the deserted camp to 'explore' the place. They looked suspicious and they were looking around to ensure that no police car was around.
"There is a notice to tell passers-by that it is a protected place although the army camp has been deserted for a long time."
