Buses arrive late, then 3 come at one go

STOMPer KT is fed up with unreliable bus schedules at bus stops. He said that they would arrive late, and then three would appear all at once.
Said the STOMPer:
"I'm just wondering how people can be encouraged to take more public transport when the system is not efficient and not reliable.
"I was waiting for my bus to go home after work at around 6:45pm and the scheduled bus arrival time shown on this display board was pretty much discouraging.
"Although the Public Transport Council assures the public that the maximum bus waiting time during peak hour will not be more than 10 minutes once bus fares were raised progressively, bus intervals are still longer than the promised maximum waiting time of 10 minutes.
"When the bus finally came, it was not one but three, all arriving at the same time.
"Regardless of public complaints about poor bus service, the relevant authorities are closing their eyes and shutting their ears in favour of bus operators making more profits.
"Since I'm not rich enough to buy my own car, I have to put up with it although I don't like it.
"But what I do not understand is that why people are urged to switch to public transport when the system is not reliable."
