At the very most only the externally mounted devices will get damaged.
Type 99 engine & suspension etc beats USA's M1A2.
Cheap Chinese anti-tank missiles exports killed more than 100 M1A2 globally already. The cost ratio of missile vs M1 is about 1:200, meaning spending $1 on missiles can kill $200 American tanks.
