【星島日報報道】警方一連兩日在上水及青山拘捕兩名專線小巴司機，涉嫌自備長者八達通卡，在「2元乘車優惠計畫」下，狂「嘟」2800次以騙取差額，兩小巴司機涉欺詐被捕，初步調查涉案金額約3.88萬元。
警方今年5月接獲舉報，懷疑有人以欺詐手段利用「政府長者及合資格殘疾人士公共交通票價優惠畫」（俗稱「2元乘車優惠計畫」），騙取政府補貼的票價差額。
警方經深入調查後，昨日及今日分別在上水及青山，拘捕一名54歲姓陸本地男子及一名67歲姓李本地男子，涉嫌欺詐。
據警方調查所得，兩名被捕男子涉嫌於今年1月至6月期間，使用自備的3張長者八達通卡，在其駕駛來往屯門及上水的專線小巴拍卡約2800次繳付車資，意圖騙取政府補貼的票價差額。屯門警區刑事調查第五隊人員經深入調查後鎖定兩名專線小巴司機，昨午約2時30分及今日凌晨約零時30分，在上水及青山拘捕兩名目標男子，涉嫌欺詐。
行動中檢獲3張長者八達通卡，初步調查涉案金額約3.88萬元。兩名被捕人士現正被扣留調查。
警方強調欺詐是嚴重罪行，一經定罪，最高可被判處監禁14年。警方呼籲市民切勿以身試法。

[Sing Tao Daily News] Police arrested two green minibus drivers in Sheung Shui and Castle Peak for two days. They were suspected of bringing their own Octopus cards. Under the "Two Yuan Car Rental Scheme", they sneaked 2800 times to defraud the difference. According to the investigation conducted by the Police, the two men arrested were arrested for using the three elderly Octopus cards in their driving between Tuen Mun and Sheung Shui from January to June this year. The fare is intended to defraud the fare difference of government subsidies.
