Free pap smear test

Singaporean women and permanent residents can now get a free Pap smear test from the Singapore Cancer Society and then apply for a subsidised mammogram costing $40, instead of $50, from the National Healthcare Group Diagnostics.

This is due to a tie-up announced yesterday for breast- and cervical-cancer screening. Contact the National Healthcare Group Diagnostics hotline 6496-6633 for more details.
