How do the French think this is going to work out in the long run? Did they really think mass migration without assimilation was a sustainable proposition? As Mass Migration in Europe: A Model for the U.S.?, that was the plan all along. And the current upheaval in France can be directly traced to that policy.
“Haute-Garonne: a teacher threatened for her comments on the Islamic veil, seven students in police custody,” La Depeche, October 22, 2020
The case was taken very seriously by the gendarmes, only a week before the terrorist attack which cost the life of Samuel Paty, professor of history in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine (Yvelines). A minor from Pierre-Aragon high school, in Muret, was indicted on Tuesday by a children’s judge, after the Toulouse minor prosecutor’s office decided to prosecute her. This high school student insulted a civic education teacher.
On October 9, as part of her school program, this teacher gave a course on the equality of relations between men and women. “She evoked the principle of secularism and the limitation of the wearing of the veil in public space. The controversy did not start from there, but when she indicated that we had more rights in France than in Saudi Arabia. Two students contested this and insisted that Sharia was better than French law…”, reveals another source familiar with the matter. “The dialogue drifted to the wearing of the veil in France,” said a spokesperson for the Toulouse academy.
Obviously the debate continued after the end of the class. During these discussions, other high school students of the school learned that the issue of wearing the veil had been discussed. One of the girls, who had not attended this class, got angry and decided to confront the teacher.
According to the teacher, this 16-year-old girl insulted her copiously. She is not the only one to have stepped up to the plate, as two other boys in high school also had a heated exchange with this woman. “Three students were sanctioned by the principal. An expulsion measure was put in place for the 16-year-old girl,” according to the academy.
Seven people in custody
On the evening of Friday, October 9, this teacher decided to file a complaint with the Muret gendarmerie. “We put her in touch with the social worker, with whom she has interacted since these events,” said the spokesperson for the Toulouse academy.
The investigations carried out by the investigators of the research brigade (BR) of the Muret company, in collaboration with those of the research section (SR), accelerated after the dramatic attack on Friday. Seven people, all minors, were summoned to be taken into police custody on Monday.
After the hearings, the prosecution decided to bring the 16-year-old high school student who had harsh words to the teacher before the children’s judge. When asked, the Toulouse prosecutor’s office specified that this minor has been indicted for “contempt of a person holding a public service mission in a school”. For these incidents, Dominique Alzéari, the public prosecutor, recalls that she could incur 6 months of imprisonment.
