the teeko might scheme to drug her if it's in a pub or stalk her and ultimately his goal is to bed her or put it blatantly to rape her.

I am straight and if a gay man makes a pass at me, I simply ignore it. Most cases I won't even notice it unless he goes straight for my crotch in which case I have a right to defend myself. Chances are, I'll kick him to incapacitate him. It's never happened, yet.

In the case where the man attempts to drug a female, it is attempted rape. He should be charged in court. In India, he will need a gang to share the spoils with.
