Foreigners make so much noise on campus, they disturb others who're studying
Ungracious, was how STOMPer Jonathan described this group of foreign students who were not only talking loudly but also invading the space of another group of students who were studying.
The STOMPer said:
"This happened at Temasek Polytechnic School of Engineering.
"A group of ungracious foreign students were talking at the top of their lungs in a strong accent.
"They were disturbing another group of students who were quietly studying for their test.
"They came in and squeezed together with the students.
"One of them even leaned against the student's bag, while another sat between the student and his bag, as though it belonged to her.
"The government has also taught Singaporeans to be gracious and civic minded, but is it time we educate more that just the locals in this society."
