This patient, who is apparently a foreigner, suddenly left her ward and lay down on the floor, refusing to return until she was seen by a doctor, STOMPer Irish says.
The STOMPer recounts the incident in an email (Aug 10):
"This foreign patient from one of the hospitals here in SG suddenly went out of her room and lay down on the floor.
"According to her, she is not going to go back to her own bed until the doctor sees her.
"I find this patient very attention-seeking.
"She even asked for a blanket to cover herself because she felt cold."
