Ever since I was young I love circus especially those Russian circus. Then when I became older Cirque du Soleil was introduced to me and whenever I have a chance I would surely go see it like my recent trip to Las Vegas:

Just today came across this equally amusing circus in Singapore really amusing and amazing. So for those who love circus read this -

MRT breakdown COI: Experts fine-tune ways to fix flaws

A team of experts engaged by SMRT, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and the State on Wednesday went into the nitty-gritty of how to prevent a repeat of last December's MRT breakdowns.

They spent their second day at the Committee of Inquiry going through a list of recommended actions that they submitted on Tuesday - actions framed by a regimen of checks, maintenance and investment in better components.

The group of nine experts, mostly from Britain, paired their recommendations with 44 items, which were grouped into nine categories:

Actually British experts are not too bad if compared to say Australian, Japs... because they are more sincere and willing to share their experience. Most other "experts" are usually out to open business opportunity and will change their recommendation to suit our thinking. The problem is, we don't even bother to fully understand what they are getting at because their recommendations always appear as simple instructions (it is their norm that instructions must be simple and short) and we dismiss them as motherhood statements.

I love Mystere Cirque du Soleil, i think it is the best circus in the world. A must see in treasure island. While pap is not the best gov in the world, i think some of the criticism over the top.
