For the Govt to be more effective, it needs Ministers with more diverse skills

A small and limited government is the only way. Since the PAP regime is a totalitarian one, it is neither small nor limited, resulting in inefficiency, wastage and overreach.
Cronyism and nepotism thrive in the SG Govt.

those are just fucking overpaid corrupt parasites, ministers are those that do good things in church for free
Public policies appear to be steered by a uniformed approach that suffers from having a surfeit of the same tired and safe ideas that have outlived their usefulness in a fast changing world.

They need to learn self immolation and harakiri. After all kbw was talking about it. So papy better walk the talk.
When “groupthink” is entrenched, it will be difficult for individuals to stand up for what they believe. Those who disagree with the dominant interests of the group may be quickly marginalised. On the other hand, wise leaders understand that dissension is crucial to steer clear of groupthink, and should actively address the concerns of those who are bold enough to disagree.

PAP started going downhill when Lee Motherfucker Loong hired people from SAF to become Ministers
Unless the PAP shifts boldly towards a more inclusive and broad based recruitment process, the man-in-the-street will continue to be frustrated by policies that do not mirror the realities on the ground. Policymakers have to see things in context, anticipate developments that may affect S'pore and be innovative in meeting such challenges without having to rely on precedents that may have served us well in the past, but are no longer relevant.

The real purpose of government is mind control the masses and lead them to fulfill the propaganda
"When you raise ministers’ salaries to the point that they’re earning millions of dollar, every minister - no matter how much he wants to turn up and tell Hsien Loong off or whatever - will hesitate when he thinks of his million-dollar salary. Even if he wants to do it, his wife will stop him." - Retired Permanent Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office, Ngiam Tong Dow.
