When leaders are drawn from a group possessing similar doctrines and ideology, they tend to approach issues by consensus, rather than as independent individuals. Compliance, joint rationalisation, absence of personal accountability and the pressure to accede may follow; often resulting in unchallenged as well as poor quality decision-making. This is the case with the SG govt.

Our MPs jobs are more to administration and administrative nature.
There's nothing wonderful new or innovative about the job.

For example, you have parking ticket. So you put up a website informing the offender that he he can file an appeal. In the end, the appeal got rejected be because they deemed that your reason had been not useful enough or relevant enough.

They need more Wayang skills under skillsfuture. 555

PAP politicians practice constantly to sharpen such skills.

They need to learn self immolation and harakiri. After all kbw was talking about it.
So papy better walk the talk.

The SG govt justifies the mega salaries for Ministers based on 2 main arguments, which were endorsed by Parliament to attract top talent and minimise the risk of corruption. Paying ministers a starting annual wage of $1 million is utterly obscene to just do admin work.

The real purpose of government is mind control the masses and lead them to fulfill the propaganda

"In the early days, Lim Kim San and Goh Keng Swee worked night and day, and they were truly dedicated. I don’t know whether Lee Kuan Yew will agree but it started going downhill when we started to raise ministers’ salaries, not even pegging them to the national salary but aligning them with the top 10" - Retired Permanent Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office, Ngiam Tong Dow.

If PAP's ministers were not up to par Singapore wouldn't be the successful country that it is today. SG is admired by the whole world. Sadly its own citizens do not realise just how lucky they are to have the PAP in charge.

PAP started going downhill when Lee Motherfucker Loong hired people from SAF to become Ministers

If you read my previous posts, I never claimed that PAP ministers are not up to par. I only mentioned that they are greedy and have the freedom to decide their own salaries.

A small and limited government is the only way.

Since the PAP regime is a totalitarian one, it is neither small nor limited, resulting in inefficiency, wastage and overreach.

"For example, the delivery of medical care falls squarely on the shoulders of our nurses, so I was very upset to read that our Population White Paper classified nursing as a “low-skilled” job. Whoever passed that document should have his pay revoked" - Retired senior civil servant, Ngiam Tong Dow.
