My recommendation is to have the ministars, mos and ps take turns to host an immigrant family at their homes for dinner every weekend.
The idea of 3 spoilt brat children of India IT specialist with fake cv running around LHL and HC's legs just fascinates me.

Good chance to take pictures of the porlumpars and post them here. Guess who would be in the photos. Aunties bussed there for free food does not count.

Stinkin Ah Nehs, Fucked Up Ah Tiongs, Fucktard Pinoys, PAP Porlumpars, RC Grasslooters..... Really a Potent mix on Oct 29....

No protests will happen. PAP is smart, they will just arrest the organisers. The rest of the sheep will stop protesting and will not stand up for them. Who is stupid enough to be organisers for a bunch of sheep?

So, Singaporeans are not united in their stance?

Personally, I think think this anti-foreigner thing is xenophobic. Sg is an international player and needs to identify global movements and go accordingly.

I agree with you in that Sgns are not stupid to start a protest. But this is because when it comes to reality, each individual agrees with the national agenda - and protests are at a personal level and will be restricted to flaming foreign workers in cyberspace. Outside of this, Sgns will gladly entertain these FTs to dinners and clubs. It is not a PAP thing. It is in national interest.

Please ignore the question I put in the first sentence - it is not meant for you, but Sgns in general.

Cheers!

I don't think there is objection if there is an obvious need for FT and infrastructural cogwheels are in place to support them. But the Govt loves to do things in extreme dosages, without pausing to monitor the impact. Take for example the stop at 2 policy made a reverse turn to encourage 3 or more. Obviously a mistake in the first instance. The HDB pricing policy is another that has gone off tangent and created a multitude of problems which will take 4 years to stabilize but not to reverse. We have just to accept the new normal of high property prices which will also lead to high general level of prices in practically everything. Free Flyer rides for FT is definitely overboard as many locals do not even have the chance to ride it because they considered it as too expensive for them. That money is better spent on programmes to improve immersion of these people into our society (for the new citizens, i.e.). The cook curry incident was an example of how things can go wrong. Don't you often hear how PRC FT asking for Chinese letterings everywhere, with little understanding that we are a multi-racial society that if we do it for one, we have to do it for every racial group. We are requesting that they adapt to our environment instead of changing the environment to suit their habits not too demanding a thing to ask for. The Govt seems to give more ears to FT than to locals.

Stupid thread starter is obviously from a non-English-speaking background. What kind of an idiot would call foreigners as 'foreign talent' except for these idiots. These clowns are so illiterate they don't even know the meaning of 'talent'.
