Imho, both are good to catch and different (can be misled by storm bit).

White Storm has a brotherhood theme, 3 close buddy cops with their misadventure in Thailand vs drug kingpin being turning point in their lives. And sexy Nong Poy (ex LB?) as love interest to Nick. About 120mins yarn, with plenty shootouts action

Andy's latest is about a copper's relentless pursuit of the bad guys, and a mole attempt. Graphics on action scenes in HK central are quite impressive for a HK celluloid.

white storm story line seems very logical, the flow of movie also very nice. except till the ending part, where one arm Nick, depressed Sean and injury hit Louis all suddenly become top hit marks man, all one shot one kill highly trained soldiers of the drug lord.
