Firefly warns of e-mail scam
PETALING JAYA: Firefly has warned the public not to fall victim to an e-mail scam which claims to be from an airline company.
The airline said the e-mail, titled “Bonus”, announced cash rewards to lucky winners of “Firefly’s Big Apple B’day Promotion Program”.
“Firefly is not allied to this scam or any other one that claims cash and lottery payouts,” Firefly said in a statement here yesterday.
The management said all relevant messages and news on Firefly would only be via its authorised channels.
