根據今日出刊的《時報周刊》一七八二期報導，追查三一九陳水扁遭槍擊案長達八年的「福小姐」，日前披露一張當時吉普車右側方拍攝的彈孔照片。在擋風 玻璃上出現的彈孔，呈現「內縮外擴」的碗狀痕跡，由此證明子彈是從車子裡面射出來的，與過去專案人員「陳義雄從外伏擊」的說法不同。
周刊指出，「福小姐」在三一九槍擊案發後，數年來南北奔走，拿著數百張當日案發的相關照片和影帶，在台南市金華街、奇美醫院多次比對。掌握這張彈孔照後，她還找上外國專家分析，確信「子彈不是從外面射進來，而是從吉普車裡射出去的」。
福小姐強調，她找過國內外彈道專家，大家一看彈孔，根據它內側縮小，外側擴大的碗形彈痕，都表示子彈是從車內打出去的。
周刊指出，照片的來源，是「福小姐」找上一位製作三一九案紀錄片的美籍華人李源生，他從眾多影像資料中截取出來。照李源生的說法，這個畫面是由一家電視台攝影記者意外拍到。
三一九案發生後，刑事局曾找來鑑識專家李昌鈺，在二○○四年四月九日，用雷射激光來判斷彈道。當天李博士還沒到場時，這名攝影記者在被現場員警制止趕走前，從吉普車的右側方，近距離拍下這張關鍵照片。
李源生後來找出這張照片，到美國找聯合國彈道專家詢問，經過解釋才了解它彈孔形狀代表的意義。也說明子彈的路徑，不像李昌鈺團隊和刑事局所言，是外面射進車內。
李源生為此特別找了一把槍，還有幾發焦耳數最低的火藥子彈，再買來同型號、厚度的玻璃片，進行實際的射擊測試。
福小姐說，李的實驗證實，玻璃上的彈孔也是內縮外擴的碗狀。而根據子彈行進路線，彈頭先碰觸到的玻璃面，呈現的圓形較小，而且邊緣平滑，擊穿另一邊的玻璃面，則較為擴散，而且被射破的玻璃也比較不平整。這都和關鍵照片如出一轍。
