SINGAPORE - A female body was discovered in Seletar Reservoir Friday morning, reported local media.
It was brought to shore by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers, reported Channel News Asia on its website Friday.
SCDF told Channel 8 News that it received a call for assistance at 9.45am, and despatched a Red Rhino, a fire engine and an ambulance to the scene. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of a Chinese female, and brought her to shore. The age of the dead female was not not known, according to the report.
Police said investigations are on-going.
