I like subset of seafood..........shellfish.......also types from cockles to abalone........hae bee to alaskan crabs

Somewhere along the Muslim stalls at the Haig Rd hawker's centre is one which is quite good . Try it.

Cooking it right (not over or undercook) is an art....

Another easy DIY is buy flower crabs and steam/cook in salt water....simple and delicious
