What do you think about this? Wake Up Singapore thinks it is not because of the oil prices. But do they only have on factor to consider?

I hope prices don't drop too much. I am a shareholder of SMRT since it was selling at about $0.90 per share years ago. Also a shareholder of ComfortDelogro and Sembcorp Industries. The profits and the dividends more than make up for the rise in transport fees.

Those listed companies primary duty is to shareholders like me, not useless sinkies who want prices to go down and their salaries to go up. Things don't work like that in the real world. You want that, you earn in sinkie dollars and go live in Batam or Bintan.

To generate electricity you need to use natural gas and when oil prices were rising last time, they said that NG prices are pegged to oil price, now that oil prices are falling, they seem to be saying otherwise, as for increase in number of trains and maintenance, the passengers certainly don't feel the improvement, they must provide proof that these costs have increased.

MRT fare in Sinkie Land is still affordable. Try to compare that in Sydney. A 2-station trip from Town Hall to King's Cross will cost A$3.38 (S$3.64). And you also get the occasional shit of trains/lines breaking down and commuters had to take their bus shuttle service. I know this because I had personally experienced it.

Oh you fucking dog. The Dingo rabies must have got into you now. Quickly ask your master to send you to a vet. Otherwise, your days will be numbered. It'll be a waste if you are no longer in this forum.

The Aussie Police don't tolerate Dingos with rabies and they'll shoot on the spot, which means you don't even have a chance to protest. So poor thing.

KNN Pundek TONYchat. Your vegetarian diet must have made you gone senile. Australia respect human rights? Fuck you. They are the ones who discriminate against their very own aborigines until these people, who are the true origin of Australia, have nowhere to go. These whites even confiscated their lands and yet you say "respect human rights". Either there's m&d in your brain or you are fucking mad. Even Tony Abbott's administration had recently admitted to this discrimination.

Jiao lang kong jiao wei... You mean bus run on electricity? Or train fares are separate from bus fares? It's now a distance based fare system, irregardless of train or bus. Which planet you on? Taxis run on air? Last time I checked, Comfort Delgro had train, bus and taxi operations.

this PAP ib is a fucktard.where does he think electricity comes from?from the lightning gang?and the cost of oil didnt just decrease.it COLLAPSED by 50 PERCENT.are u telling me the cost of ur maintenance, manpower and whatnot went up by 50 percent?it that is true then the person who doesnt know how to run a business is YOU.if such incompetent assholes can let my overhead cost rise up by 50 percent i would fire the whole lot of them and sell all my company shares because its going down the shithole.

how much is the minimum wage in australia?mcd worker in australia 17/hr.mcd worker in singapore 5/hr.divide the cost of everything by 3 in australia and u will see living cost of australia is actually dirt cheap and standard of living pretty high.

Soon they will have planes and ships.

and i suppose electricity is not generated by oil

so bad huh.got so many fighting here and there....shsss...bad..

Not just fares but everything should drop price since everything increased price previously when petrol increased price. But everybody from hawkers to transport operators keep quiet when petrol price dropped for few months already, or even still shamelessly want to increase price.
