THE former maid who landed a job as an IBM technician, only to be forced to leave Singapore because of a work permit issue, has been offered a scholarship by private school Informatics Philippines.
Miss Jourgina Dagoplo, 37, will start a two-year advanced diploma course in information technology in Manila next month, but hopes to return to Singapore eventually.
