Fake town council work change water pressure gauge

Today 2 Ah neh workers come to my unit saying to change water pressure gauge.
After they finish see only water on the floor but no sign of water from pipeline.
Call town council they also say never arrange for that work to be carry out.

hmmm your place is mid floor of a high rise building???? we called it pressure control valve, its to reduce the pressure which can be too high cos of gravity force coming down from the rooftop

unless it's faulty, usually we dun even go adjust it.... why no notice from hdb if theres things to change?

IF they say SP, I will call SP to verify. Is mata doing the work to protect citizens from fishy FT?

The contractor maybe engaged by TC do routine replacement
