Do you know that in Singtel there is a job title......... Group Chief Human Resource Officer?????????? Huat Ah!!!
Simple personnel mgr when stayed long enuf becomes GCHRO..........!!! Same job but pay 10 fold more

The only 2 things the PAP ever created in the last 10 years was

1) tens of thousands of good jobs for foreigners from other countries.
2) imaginative and creative new job titles eg. Minister Mentor, Senior Minister, Minister Emeritus, Minister at large, etc.
