'Faith-healing' session at Jurong West void deck: Is this legal?

According to STOMPer mun, a huge crowd of people have been gathering at a Jurong West void deck for the past three Monday evenings. They sit or stand quietly, placing their hands over each other, in what appears to be a 'faith healing' session.

The STOMPer says:

"There is always a big gathering every Monday evening at Block 477 Jurong West St 41, where people sit or stand quietly and put their hands over each other.

"Interesting, but not sure whether they are gathering legally or not? It looks as if there is a healing party going on.

"This has been going on consecutively for the past three Monday evenings. The group will gather at around 6pm.

"The crowd is huge; they take up the entire void deck, the picture only shows a portion of the group.

"The group is a mixture of young, middle-aged and elderly people, I'm not sure where they're from.

"The carpark is filled with their cars. They take up parking lots meant for residents.

"I'm rather wary of this group, so I don't go near them."
