With brick and mortar retail dying the rental market will have to rely mainly on F&B outlets. Other services like tuition centers, hairdressers, massage shops etc are also halted (but at least they don't have perishable inventory to worry about).

So if the F&B businesses cui then economy game over liao

The other problem is only the big guys like Food republic and MacD's can weather through this spell.. the small independent businesses will be the real casualties

No cash flow, no business. That's the reality. Most businesses make only a decent margin. Just enough to survive plus some perks. It will take months after CB is completed before normality sets in. So maybe 6 months of losses before everyone gets used to living with covid-19.

Operation Tingkat is not going according to plan. I didn't factor in the 600m walk to my favourite spinach soup stall. The tingkat spillage is not pleasant and the spinach turns soggy when its soaked in hot soup for too long.

I refuse to use Grabfood or foodpanda because i don't trust delivery people handling my food.

So after 2 weeks without my daily spinach soup i'm getting constipated

The past few nights i've decided to skip dinner and drink gin and tonic until i pass out
