Leaves, branches and litter have been washed by the Orchard Road flood waters into drains in the Yio Chu Kang and Yew Tee Industrial Estate areas. STOMPer Ang feels various authorities need to work together to clear the drains.

Said the STOMPer:

"PUB said the drains were clogged by the dried leaves, branches and other debris.

"The dried leaves and branches have accumulated over a long period of time.

"With the flood in Orchard Road, it's possible more washed down from upstream.

"Various departments have to work together."

So is it not clear enough that the overpaid $$$billion FAPee Minitoots and French chef directors have basically been CHOR BOH LAN all the years?

The the fuck so many trash/bottle in the drain. NEA should increase the little butt fine to $300 1st.
2nd timer $500 and 2 week CWO(at least 1 week in CDB)
3rd timer $1000 and 1 month CWO plus photo on internet and newspaper when doing CWO.

Really doubt debries can cause such a huge flood!!!

They must be hiding the real facts.
