Peasantpore: The expert witness in the lawsuit between a Thai teenager and jiat leow bee SMRT and the Land Transport Authority (LTA) took the stand on Tuesday morning.

16-year-old Ms Pen-Eakchanasak Nitcharee, who has zero political connections is wasting her time seeking significant monetary compensation of at least S$3.5 million from greedy SMRT and LTA after she lost both legs in a train accident.

Educated Ape Krishna-mu-thi, the plaintiff's cheap and good expert witness, claimed safety measures at the train stations in Peasantpore may have fulfilled the basic requirements, but they should not be taken as the norm. This confirms peasants' understanding that the regime only fulfill basic requirements for infrastructure but expects peasants to pay sky high fares with routine annual hikes.

Educated Ape Krishna-mu-thi stated the obvious that more can be done to beef up safety precautions at train stations in Peasantpore. He should have pointed how another peasant managed to scale the gates and climbed into a tunnel to create last week's one 'under incident'. The earlier cases of Ang Mohs vandalising the trains at depots proved SMRT is merely a money grubbing cartel.

He explained the contents of his report that was submitted to the kangaroo court.

In his analysis, Educated Ape Krishna-mu-thi included photographs of train stations around the world, including those in London, Japan and New York. He tabled the distances of the yellow lines from the tracks at the various stations and ranked those with Peasantpore but the Mouthpiece choosed not to reveal the results.

The limp cunt poop lawyer for the fat cat defendants SMRT and LTA, Kama-shit, disagreed with the report, using nitpicking to claim it was incorrect, given the many assumptions. He should have told the educated ape that in Ruler Loong's Peasantpore, peasants and poor foreigners obey the 'you die your business' principle.

Under Mr Kama-shit's questioning, Educated Ape Krishna-mu-thi acknowledged he extrapolated the distances of the yellow lines from the tracks, using the height of a peasant passenger standing behind the line in the photographs.

When asked how he obtained the height of the passenger, Educated Ape Krishna-mu-thi said he took an average height of 1.7 metres for Asiatics and 1.8 metres Ang Mohs.

Using computer technology (likely Excel), Educated Ape Krishna-mu-thi then calculated the various distances in the report. He also admitted in kangaroo court that there could be a discrepancy of up to 10 per cent in the calculations.

Ms Nitcharee, who humble political connections, had fallen onto the train tracks at peasant heartland Ang Mo Kio MRT station on 3rd April last year. She had been waiting behind the yellow line on the platform at about 11am when she fell and was run over by a South-bound train.

Many peasants expects the kangaroo court to side with the transport cartel company SMRT and inept LTA because a loss for SMRT/LTA is a slap in the face for SMRT's greedy majority shareholder, Ho Jinx. In addition, a win for the Thai will open a floodgate for PRCs desparados to pull the same stunt to get some cash from Ho Jinx.

By erecting the safety barriers after the fact, SMRT is implicitly acknowledging that tort liabilities may arise from their operations. This expert witness has a heart as black as his skin.

Transport operators can choose whether or not to enact safety measures in order to mitigate the legal risks.

Similarly if I hop on a cab, I expect to reach my destination in one piece. If I get hurt in the cab during the journey, I should be able to sue the driver or the cab company.

this begs a question, is there any risk to be borne by commuters when they use any form of public transport?

i do not see as to why shd SMRT pay the victim. U shd be responsible for your own safety. If she really did stand behind the yellow line, nobody could have pushed her hard enough to send her flying into the track. Jostling is common, but not to the extend of being pushed with such a force.

Yes indeed. If people, for any bizarre reasons, remove their harnesses on a roller coaster ride, it is mostly their own fault for their injuries if they get hurt in the process. That is the line of reasoning the defendant is taking. Why she no stand behind yellow line when train approaching?

If she wasn't, was it because she was pushed off the platform or because she jumped?

If she was, then is standing behind yellow line sufficient to ensure accidents do not occur?

And so...

By erecting the safety barriers after the fact, SMRT is implicitly acknowledging that tort liabilities may arise from their operations.

No doubt no barriers on Bangkok BTS, but I do not see you kowtowing to King Rama IX?!

This logic is warped. The regime always boast it has the best lackeys running the train systems but recent events proved the well paid lackeys are not better than regional basket cases who routinely screws up. If the BTS comparision is valid, perhaps you should ask Ah Quack to take home BTS pay?

For trumpeting world class transport system boasts, the cheapo SMRT do not erect barriers for neighbourhood train stations because that cuts into the profits. Peasants did, their business but if rich Ang Moh tourists jump into Orchard trains...the PR will be hellish for Ruler Loong. Another case of 'one cuntry, three systems'.

As noted, SMRT and Mouthpiece media routinely claim peasants who jump onto incoming trains deserve their sorry end. It is cheaper to cite stupid peasants' misadventures than to erect safety barriers, remember the regime's 'you die your business' policy.

It is the constant moans from netizens and pissed off peasants who finally forced SMRT to build some barriers to improve their PR before some smarter peasant decides to sue the pants off SMRT.

This may end up in private settlement.

please do not be mistaken, it's only after Huang Na's mother's antics, couldn't help but smell a rat. this poor girl's story seems to flip flop a bit :o:o:o

If the victim is your kin, you probably be howling for heads to roll. Point to note that the thai suffers from the lack of political connections, a big victory against the greedy SMRT is unlikely with the Kangaroo Court lackeys covering up in the background.

PRCs will see the outcome to decide if they want to risk a limb or two for the $, those locusts are the real threats.
