Has anyone here tried the Care and Counselling Centre in Singapore? I’ve heard they offer a wide range of professional support, including individual therapy, marriage counselling, and mental wellness programs. They’re known for their client-focused approach, where every session is tailored to meet personal needs. I’m curious to hear real experiences—how effective were the sessions for you? Did you find their counsellors approachable and skilled? Also, how do their fees compare to other counselling services in Singapore? Let’s share our insights so others can make informed decisions.

I actually went to the Care and Counselling Centre last year for a few individual therapy sessions, and I had a positive experience overall. My therapist was really attentive and made me feel comfortable opening up—definitely felt like the sessions were tailored to what I needed rather than just following a script.
In terms of fees, I’d say they’re somewhere in the mid-range compared to other private counselling options in Singapore. Not the cheapest, but the quality of care felt worth it to me. They also have some flexible packages if you're committing to multiple sessions, which helped a bit.
Would love to hear how others found it too—especially if anyone’s tried their marriage or couples counselling.

Went a few years ago, found the counsellor kinda passive and mostly just listened without giving much input. Might work for some, but I needed someone a bit more engaging.
