越南女涉撻手機 遭途人制服扯爛衫褲

【on.cc東網專訊】長沙灣發生店舖扒竊案，今午(22日)4時許，一名姓袁(35歲)女子報案，指在長沙灣青山道666號一間店舖，遭一名非華裔女子偷去手袋內一部約值8000港元的手機。警方接報到場，期間該名持有香港身份證的45歲越南女子情緒激動，警員隨即把她制服，並在其手袋內，檢獲屬於受害人的電話及另外兩部手機。
警方經初步調查後，以涉嫌扒竊拘捕該名越南女子，案件交由深水埗警區刑事調查隊跟進，正調查她是否與其他盜竊案有關。
據目擊者吳小姐指，當時她在對面香港工業中心逛街，期間一名中年女子疑偷手機，有店舖職員及市民發現追出，該可疑女子沿商場出口逃走，期間更匿藏在貨車底，最後被職員及途人合力拉出，喝令她交出手機。
糾纏間，可疑女子的衫褲被扯爛，露出胸圍及底褲，期間圍觀的途人眾多，女子在警員到場後，堅稱「自己冇偷電話」，又投訴遭人毆打。

At 4 o'clock this afternoon (22nd), a woman surnamed Yuan (35 years old) reported a case at a shop at 666 Castle Peak Road, Cheung Sha Wan. A non-Chinese woman stole a mobile phone worth about 8,000 Hong Kong dollars in her handbag. The police received the report. The 45-year-old Vietnamese woman holding a Hong Kong identity card was emotional. The police officers then subdued her and seized the victim's phone and two other mobile phones in her handbag.
After the preliminary investigation, the police arrested the Vietnamese woman for plagiarism. The case was referred to the Sham Shui Po District Police Investigation Team for investigation. She was investigating whether she was involved in other theft cases.
According to eyewitness Miss Wu, she was shopping at the opposite Hong Kong Industrial Centre. During the period, a middle-aged woman suspected of stealing mobile phones. Some shop staff and members of the public found that they were chased. The suspicious woman fled along the exit of the mall and was hiding in the bottom of the truck. Finally, the staff and the passers-by pulled out together and let her hand over the phone.
During the entanglement, the suspicious women's trousers were smashed, revealing the bust and underpants. During the period, there were many passers-by. After the police officers arrived, the woman insisted that she had stolen the phone and complained that she was beaten.
