Thought JB money changers fare worse than spore counterparts?
I find that money changer @ bukit indah give the best rate. Yesterday, aftnoon JB Central cash sgd 1 = rm2.70. Pls share if there is better rate. Tq.

I'm not greedy.. Anything at 2.50 & above is good enough for me
In JB, they always quote @ 6 - 7 points lower. Need to ask them to give us better rates.
I managed to TT at 2.485 and cash at 2.4722 today. Quite a no. of changer had no stock in the morning. It became available at noontime at 2.462 (cash)
Banking on that, then I will transfer more next week.
I am going to use Derivative( dual currency) account as conversion rate is abv 2.50 ( spot price) now. Also meanwhile we can earn interest on the SGD deposit before it converts.Interest rate depends on our 'strike' price , can eb as high as 8%. I dont have all the info as my friend newly introduced me to this. I need to convert a large sum so I think this method may be useful. I am not sure yet about the extra charges like TT by the bank over here, is it typical TT rate or higher. Will share when I know more.

Do you know when the promotion ends? Any minimum sum, eg like RM200k? I bought some with RHB at 3.88% during Chinese new year.
For wealth banking customer is 3.75 % as compared to normal bank customer which is 3.7%.
Anyway it is better than CIMB which gives only 3.1%. Looking to do a switch soon.
