how does he help? is he paid by the hourly rate? how much? i could deploy my li'l brother leetahsar to help too. he's full of ideas - sane and crazy types

all mps get a very generous 5-figure allowances. shouldn't that be shared with helpers - voluntary or involuntary? hey! they need to eat too and things aren't getting cheap in singapore.
