When Hamas started a war on 7 Oct 2023, didn't they expect Israel to retaliate? If Gazans want to be angry, direct their fury at Hamas.

It may look enticing
But gazans are prisoners and nit able to leave unless with Israeli permission which may take weeks.
And cannot trade except through israel who may hold back certain items deemed security risk delaying shipments. So only business is food and whatever welfare other countries provide.
