Straight and direct...

Pay is just one side of the equation. You'll also need to arrest the spiralling inflation. Giving some rebates and subsidies will not address the real problem. You need to restructure the economy from scratch, and raise interest rates to curb the loose credit sloshing about in the economy.

The part he said about FTs after finishing work and keep staying around crowding everything sounds personal.. he must have endured too much shit, lol..

"The area of our country is 620 square feet?"

Now that really would be a serious problem.

well, hong kong can do it, tokyo can do it, just make a flat size, a few metre long and wide, everyone can share the prosperity of singapore, care and share lah. It is the duty of world citizen and PAP supporter.

Give the local mama a toddy!

Talking about toddy, there used to be a legalized toddy shop in , was it Kerbrau Rd or something??, when I was younger...after pay day..it was common to see the Shipyards, rubber estates, roadd etc..Indian workers buying toddy there & drinking themselves silly & lying in the drains..etc

raising interest rates won't affect increases in food or small things like that.................only housing.............and that's maybe only in s'pore.........

rentals must come down then food and other small things will be cheaper.............

just like commodities are pushed up by banks.............so food, coffee, etc etc more expensive worldwide......interest rates won't matter

anyway, won't happen as long as PAP is around so no point talk about it lah

I love this guy's straight talking!

Respect! One up for Singaporeans!
