Israelis File Crimes Against Humanity Lawsuit Over Coerced COVID Shots, Citing Nuremberg Code

Citing international law won at horrific cost to the world during World War II,
Israeli citizens have brought their government to the International Criminal Court at The Hague for Crimes Against Humanity, saying they are being coerced, against the principles of the
Nuremberg Code, into taking an inadequately tested, experimental COVID injection by Pfizer.
The plaintiffs say threats of job loss, banishment from public venues, and other punishments are being employed to force the injections upon people against their freely given consent.

According to the
Nuremberg Code “consent” is defined as:
“free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion.”
In an interview with the
Jerusalem Post – “Could mRNA COVID-19 vaccines be dangerous in the long-term?” – Dr. Tal Brosh, head of the Infectious Disease Unit at Samson Assuta Ashdod Hospital:
“acknowledged there are unique and unknown risks to messenger RNA vaccines, including local and systemic inflammatory responses that could lead to autoimmune conditions”
In the same month,
NPR reports that Moderna has begun to give its experimental injections to children aged 6 months to 12 years to study “safety” concerns, and
Johnson and Johnson has announced safety studies on infants replacing normal years of animal safety trials.

“Children have now received their first doses of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine, as the company studies the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine for kids ages 6 months to less than 12 years old…. researchers will be watching for any signs that they have difficulty tolerating the vaccine, as well as its effectiveness in protecting them against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.”
Moderna plans to “enroll” over 6,000 children.
In the US, according to the CDC’s
Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, over
1,600 deaths possibly related to the vaccinations have been recorded, and nearly 20,000 “adverse events,” thousands of them severe enough to require emergency room visits, or to render victims
“unable to perform normal daily activities” or “unable to work.”
Although the CDC denies any link between the deaths and the injections, in February it was reported that one third of the deaths reported were
within 48 hours of the injection, in many healthy adults reporting no pre-existing conditions.
Anecdotally, footage of reactions is posted online with victims or family members testifying, but are never followed up on by major media reporters (video below.)

Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, a fierce critic of the COVID injections, asks “in how many industries do you know where these products would still be on the market?”
The average time for bringing any new drug or vaccine to general
use is 10 years.
Israeli citizens who cannot prove they have received a COVID vaccination, which is now about half the population, are barred from shopping malls, movie theaters, and other public venues, which protesters say makes life “hell on Earth.”
A protester who posted on Youtube said: “When you don’t take the vaccine your life is basically over.” People returning from travel are being fitted out with electronic ankle bracelets, over the

The Ghosts of Nuremberg
The Nuremberg Code was created after Nazi doctors such as
Josef Mengele shocked the world, when forced medical experiments on Jewish concentration camp victims were revealed.
The petition states:
“petitioners contacted the respondents on [2/18/21] and warned them that the medical treatment, which is currently being conducted for the entire population of Israel, was done in violation of the rules established for conducting medical experiments on humans, known as the Nuremberg Code.”
The plaintiffs say the regime is forcing injections which have not been subject to normal years-long animal safety trials, are novel technologies, and are still deemed experimental even by the government and Pfizer. The plaintiffs point out that:
“The Israeli Prime Minister has repeatedly stated that Israeli citizens are participating in this innovative medical experiment for the benefit of all the citizens of the world…”
Israel is now issuing a
“green card” to prove that a person has received the Pfizer injections.
The complaint states that the system:
“degrades and harms the dignity of the workers…Dedicated workers who until now were an asset to employers in the economy are expelled from workplaces in disgrace for refusing to participate in the medical trial.”
How Severe is COVID?
Israel’s COVID death toll is one of the lowest in the Western world, ranking 55th behind most of the EU countries. The United States is number 12. The survival rate for COVID has turned out to be much the same as the flu,
99.4% to
99.8%.
Although the death toll in the US has frequently been compared to the Spanish Flu, in per capita terms, when differences in population over time are taken into account, the 2020 COVID death toll is much closer to what was seen in the
1957 Asian Flu and
1968 Hong Kong Flu pandemics, which never made the news, much less even remotely stirred discussion of lockdowns or masking. About
8,000 people die in the US every day.

In terms of global deaths per capita in the most recent pandemics, COVID has been slightly less deadly than both the 1957 Asian Flu and the 1968 Hong Kong Flu, and even farther behind the Spanish Flu in per capita death toll. Yet in neither 1957 or 1968 was there a whisper anywhere in the world about lockdowns or masks (chart below.)

Many scientists question the need for any vaccine whatsoever for the present coronavirus. Former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer for 16 years,
Dr. Mike Yeadon, says:
“There is absolutely no need for vaccines to extinguish the pandemic. I’ve never heard such nonsense talked about vaccines.”
“You do not vaccinate people who aren’t at risk from a disease. You also don’t set about planning to vaccinate millions of fit and healthy people with a vaccine that hasn’t been extensively tested on human subjects,”Nevertheless, the FDA under Joe Biden has announced that trials specifically to determine “safety” for another injection, Moderna’s will begin to be performed on children ages 6 months to 12 years.
Are the Experimental Injections “Safe?”
Historically,
animal trials have been
conducted for years on various other mammals before injection into a human being.
The
College of Physicians of Philadelphia said in 2018:
“Vaccine development is a long, complex process, often lasting 10-15 years and involving a combination of public and private involvement.”
Dr. Paul Offit, who helped invent the rotavirus vaccine, told CNN that timeline [12 to18 months for a COVID vaccine] was
“ridiculously optimistic.”
Peter Hotez, the dean of Baylor University’s National School of Tropical Medicine,
told National Geographic even an 18-month timeline “would be absolutely unprecedented.”
The experimental vaccines began to be injected into humans in December, just 9 months after the start of the pandemic. FDA
“emergency use authorization,” for which the drugs are now approved, was intended for Ebola-like diseases, where victims had an almost certain chance of dying anyway, there were no alternative remedies, and there was little to lose.
Although the FDA has claimed that the present experimental COVID vaccines have been “
rigorously tested,” scientists point out that the worst side effects may not become apparent for years, which is why normal animal trials take so long.
Recently a
former Gates Foundation vaccine scientist called for halt to the mass COVID injections, a warned of mass deaths caused by the injections in the coming years. Similarly
other scientists have warned that in the coming years millions would die from the effects of the injections, which would be blamed on new strains of COVID as used to justify more injections. (See: “

Almost like clockwork,
Forbes reports in March that COVID cases, not deaths, not overwhelming hospitals despite a year to build out greater capacity, are “spiking” in states with the highest vaccination rates, and Fauci is blaming it on “new variants” which will become a permanent part of life.
Clinical trials for drugs have a
high failure rate, 86% failure overall, and 67% for vaccines. For this reason biotech start-up stocks are considered risky in the investment world.
Half of the FDA’s annual budget, or $2.7 billion, comes from the pharmaceuticals industry, in the form of “user fees.” The FDA is well-known for its “revolving door” to Big Pharma, in which FDA officials leave to take lucrative jobs in the industry. In 2019 FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb resigned to go to Pfizer.
The Hill reports that “stock options doubled the former commissioner’s income to upwards of $330,000.”
The Hill wrote that during Gottlieb’s tenure he:
“sped up the approval process for experimental and generic drugs, leading many to question whether the “newer and cheaper” drugs hitting the market were actually safe. Those policies directly benefited Big Pharma bottom lines.”
The
L.A. Times reported that Gottlieb cut the average approval process by nearly a year.
Coronavirus Vaccines Have Been Problematic
The parties in the Israeli lawsuit say that their government and other organizations are using force, duress, and coercion to force people into unwillingly taking the Pfizer BioNtech injection. Unlike children who can be home-schooled, should their parents decide against the risks of some or all school-mandated vaccines, people in Israel are being fired from their jobs and prevented, or greatly hampered, from life-sustaining activities like conveniently shopping for food.
Despite media and medical establishment proclamations that the mRNA treatments such as Pfizer’s and Moderna’s are safe, thousands of doctors and scientists disagree.
Coronavirus vaccine development has always presented its own set of problems, which have revealed themselves in the long run, after months or years of observing test animals for long-term effects, and after many generations of virus mutation.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., founder of Children’s Health Defense, writes:
“Scientists first attempted to develop coronavirus vaccinesafter China’s 2002 SARS-CoV outbreak. Teams of US & foreign scientists vaccinated animals with the four most promising vaccines. At first, the experiment seemed successful as all the animals developed a robust antibody response to coronavirus. However, when the scientists exposed the vaccinated animals to the wild virus, the results were horrifying. Vaccinated animals suffered hyper-immune responses including inflammation throughout their bodies, especially in their lungs. Researchers had seen this same “enhanced immune response” during human testing of the failed RSV vaccine testsin the 1960s. Two children died.”
The
UK Independent reports:
“A successful vaccine has never been developed for any of the many strains of coronaviruses, due to the nature of the virus itself; and vaccinated people can have a higher chance of serious illness and death when later exposed to another strain of the virus, a phenomenon known as ‘virus interference.’ An earlier SARS vaccine never made it to market because the laboratory animals it was tested on contracted more serious symptoms on re-infection, and most of them died.”
The Israeli lawsuit cites the phenomenon of ADE, “antibody-dependent enhancement,” in coronavirus vaccine development, in which a coronavirus vaccine causes a person’s natural coronavirus response to weaken, not strengthen as normally, over time. There are
many coronaviruses in circulation, most often causing the common cold.
The lawsuit states:that it was
just recently revealed, contrary to the principle of fully informed consent, that recipients of the Pfizer shot may have to take vaccines every six months, for life, or face more severe illness illness than normal upon exposure.
“The Prime Minister has announced in recent days in the media that due to the problem of lowering the level of antibodies after medical treatment, there is a real possibility that the recipients of the treatment will have to take the treatment every six months [until] the end of their days. This material fact was not revealed by the respondents to the recipients of the medical treatment before receiving it… “
All prior attempts at coronavirus vaccine development have been abandoned, due to responses to vaccines which were initially promising and efficacious, but deadly after the passage of time and many generations of mutated wild virus.
In “Antibody-dependent enhancement and SARS-CoV-2 vaccines and therapies” the journal
Nature ran science which stated:
“ADE has been observed in SARS, MERS and other human respiratory virus infections including RSV and measles, which suggests a real risk of ADE for SARS-CoV-2 vaccines and antibody-based interventions….it will be crucial to evaluate animal and clinical datasets for signs of ADE…”
The lawsuit quotes a senior Israeli virologist who has said:
“In light of all the things expressed here, it is strange that this vaccine has been approved. “
During the
Nuremberg Trials after World War II, in which Nazi doctors performed hideous exeriments on unwilling subjects, 24 individuals were prosecuted, and seven organizations. Of the 24 individuals charged, twelve were sentenced to death by hanging. The executions took place in the gymnasium of the court building.
Crimes Against Humanity
may be prosecuted “in times of war or peace.”
The Code has provided the basis for all other national laws on medical experimentation.
In US law,
Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, relating to the Food and Drug Administration, Subpart B – “Informed Consent of Human Subjects,” stipulates:
“[A drug] investigator shall seek such consent only under circumstances that provide the prospective subject or the representative sufficient opportunity to consider whether or not to participate and that minimize the possibility of coercion or undue influence.”
In the US, pharmaceuticals companies have asked for and received
full immunity from lawsuits for any adverse effects caused by the injections.
In December, British health officials of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, or MHRA,
warned people with food allergies not to take the Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 experimental vaccine injection.
In January the government of
Norway issued a warning over the safety of the COVID vaccines for people over 75 who are frail or had other conditions,
In Italy in March, authorities opened a
manslaughter investigation after a healthy teacher died hours after receiving the AstraZeneca experimental vaccine.
In Florida, activists have succeeded in having
model legislation filed by state legislators prohibiting discrimination between vaccinated and unvaccinated persons,

Questioning the Logic of Mass Vaccination
The International Criminal Court petitioners question even the logic of requiring everyone to take any vaccine, since those who choose it are ostensibly “protected” and those who do not accept the risk of the illness, which cannot be passed on to those who are “protected”:
“These drastic measures have nothing to do with public health… the population that is considered at risk of becoming seriously ill or dying from the virus is largely already vaccinated…then there is no danger of death or serious illness among this population…while those who have not been vaccinated are not afraid of getting Corona and / or will get sick easily. These citizens who did not receive the proposed treatment should be left to their own devices and not be restricted by any restriction to live a full and normal life in the State of Israel.”
Unlike other arguably “nanny state” laws such as motorcycle and bicycle helmets for adults, the injections involve very real risks, as
Moderna’s frank admission that its trials on children are designed to collect safety data implies.
The lawsuit also criticizes constant COVID testing, which is now known to result in large numbers of

COVID experimental injections are also being
given to the immunocompromised.

“It should be emphasized that no human vaccines have ever been given in the world with the medical technology of inserting synthetic M-RNA into human body cells, with the envelope made of nano-components called Peg 2000 (known as a carcinogen), with all previous vaccines acting completely differently by introducing killed or attenuated virus And the awakening of the immune system against it.”
“The Nuremberg Code, which is the criminal law in the world with regard to conducting medical experiments on humans, is essentially a code of medical ethics. This code was issued on the basis of laws under which the Nazi criminals, who were convicted of horrific medical experiments, conducted in World War II, were tried in the doctors’ trial known as the Nuremberg Trials. The Nuremberg Code later formed the basis for the enactment of the Helsinki Declaration”
“The first principle of the Nuremberg Code, a principle also set forth in section 13 of the Patient Rights Act and Procedure 14, is the voluntary and informed consent of the person to receive medical treatment and / or participation in the trial. The person is supposed to exercise freedom of choice, without the intervention of a factor that exercises force, deception, fraud, threat, solicitation or other type of restraint and coercion “
“Notwithstanding the foregoing, the State of Israel and the Ministry of Health do not present to Israeli citizens the currently available alternatives to corona virus treatments, which have been shown to be effective and with few and not dangerous side effects, and they coax citizens and press them (blatantly violating the informed consent process).
“There are many alternative therapies, such as strengthening the natural immune system with vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, old and proven drugs against viral diseases, such as hydrochloricin, Ramsaur, rinsing the mouth and nasal cavities with salt water or lemon juice, to eliminate the virus before invading the lungs. . Some of these drugs and treatments have even been listed as alternative therapies on the FDA information site…Misleadingly and intentionally, the respondents [defendants] conceal all relevant information from the public about alternative treatments for the virus and push the citizens of Israel solely in the direction of receiving Pfizer’s innovative medical treatment.”
“[There] is a high mortality of 1.5% according to the above data. This requires immediate cessation of the medical trial. “
“The sanctions and exclusion suffered by many citizens, who exercised their legal and natural right not to participate in the medical experiment and were not forced to accept it, were intended to embitter the lives of those citizens, so that they would despair and forcibly take [the injections]”
