Those who appreciate what has finally transpired in Parliament must surely be reeling from this abhorrent display of total disregard for the sanctity of those chambers and the responsibility of those that occupy those roles....instead we have MPs apparently too busy on their smartphones and laptops breaking concentration to laugh at jokes about kaya toast....

Anyway, Dr Tan picked the lesser of the 2 contradictory statements when he mentioned "publishing legal opinions". The more weighty one is the one where Shan acknowledged that "which is the first EP is indeed a legal question."
