Enrichment Classes for Kids in Nusajaya Area

Hi there,

Would appreciate if anyone could provide some recommendations or information of good enrichment classes in the Nusajaya area for kids aged around 10 -12 years old.

I'm looking for:
i) Karate classes (or Jiu Jitsu or even MMA classes)
ii) Dances classes (Hip Hop or other more physical dance)
iii) Photography classes

I'm also looking for a Mandarin tutor that can come to the house, or Tuition centre.

Are there any enrichment activities conducted in Mandarin e.g. art or dance, etc
