When Devan Nair was first exiled to Canada in 1985, his family was still in Singapore! Feeling home-sick, he sent his wife the following New Year Greeting Card
with an encrypted message knowing that ISD were closely monitoring his correspondence. Only his wife understood the msg ... Can you guess what it is???
