You guys heard about this 'superstitious' before, during the Tang Dynasty, if there were to be a imperial execution on a rainy day, it will be stopped.

Because that person who is about to be executed might be innocent.

Another if it snows during the summer months, the ruler must be doing something really bad that angered the gods.....:D

How did they managed to reached this conclusion?

Is it through observations throughout the ages....hence they have developed a system of observations in response to human-mother earth relationships? And these were recorded and documented? :D

Westerners (The East India Company) seeing this superstitious inherent in Chinese culture, realized that they could be manipulated...hence the opium wars...

Why humans nowadays are not sensitive towards such observations?
