MS ANGIE ANG, head of operations, Kopitiam Investment: 'I refer to Tuesday's letter by Ms Fanny Wong, 'T3 Kopitiam - I see old folk carrying heavy trays back and forth. It's really very tiring for them', concerning the cleaners at Kopitiam foodcourt in Changi Airport Terminal 3. We thank Ms Wong for her observations and her suggestion on clearance of soiled crockery. We will review the current clearing procedures with the cleaning contractor and consider other alternatives, bearing in mind the safety of the cleaners. One such alternative would be to install return tray racks at suitable locations in the foodcourt.'
