Btw just read that The Fat Duck has reopened after being forced to shut down temporarily due to an outbreak of illness to numerous dinners, still not sure what was the cause though.:confused:

Fat Duck did re-open 3 days ago, hehehe...

Interesting concept of re-thinking food though. I'm a chemical engineer by training, and my brother's a trained chef, very diverse fields, but molecular gastronomy is something which there is a common thread between us.
