韩国一名男性前公务员拿女同事杯子到厕所自慰，之后还将精液加到杯子里，犯案多达六次，被解雇后他甚至在法院辩称其行为是“性自主权”，不过最终上诉失败。

据《韩联社》星期天（26日）的报道，韩国法院裁定这名男公务员败诉。

韩国法院先是在今年4月以财产损失罪判处男子300万韩元（约3234新元）罚款。在判决后，男子称自己是“破坏财产的行为，而不是性骚扰”，并要求取消解雇。

男子说：“选择使用哪种东西进行自慰是一种性自由，属于性自主权和追求幸福的权利。”

但法院对此不予受理，并表示：“让对方感到性羞辱或厌恶的行为是性骚扰。”

法院强调，这起针对特定同事性对象化的案件，不能被视为涉案人性自主权和追求幸福权，而是一次非常严重的违法行为，事件也损害了公众对公共服务员群体的信任。
