Scientific evidence: to heed or to ignore, that is the question

This is another instance of barking up the wrong tree. Egg is the most nutritious food ever and it is natural. All animals eat eggs. Eating an egg everyday is fine. If you should eat more than 1 egg a day, just throw away the extra yorks. The real culprits are deep fried food, excessive salt, sugar, highly processed food, and anything else that is unnatural.

I am of the same opinion. Eggs are natural food and are easily digested.
I follow a simple guide - food that does not gives indigestion should be good for the body.
Then again the best advice one can get is to ask those who have lived till a healthy old age.

uncle takes two half boiled everyday. sometimes just take rice with eggs for my meal. so far okay...

some years ago, a well known cardiologist came out and declared that egg is bad for the heart!!! many people accepted that as gospel truth. many people stopped eating eggs ( cheap and affordable... and almost full vitamins rich with amino acids...)....did the general health improve ? less heart disease ?

now they are reversing the gospel truth....egg is good for you!!!

all these " medical myths" go roller coasting....so eat in moderation and life a healthy life-style with plenty of exercises...life will be okay...
