Many peasants understand AP Eugene Tan recently submitted an application to a non-elected peasants' representative. Therefore like all Asiatic bootlickers, he must be deemed 'pro regime'. What a better way to show loyalty to the regime by supporting the sky high pay of fat cat lackeys and minions?

Imperial and modern China suffer from heroes shortages malady but there are no lack of traitors. In Peasantpore, Eugene Tan is one of the new lackeys wannabes. You can't blame him for wanting to pocket fat cat stipends by speaking for the regime as opposed to rigours of his day job.

In his defence of 奴财 Gerald Ee the Parasitic Scion, traitor Tan proposes cuts to sky high stipends be symbolic e.g. 'Wayang'. Traitor-soon-to-be Tan should have recommended calling off the Ee's exercise. His seductive arguement is high pay attract 'talents' and reduce corruption.

Unfortunately Lehman's Fuld is a good counter example. Lehman's expensive managers the company and rewarded the world with the infamous Credit Crisis. Fuld pleads ignorance and insists high pay is required for performers despite the sick after effects.

In Peasantpore, the sly Bargain Hen took many shortcuts to meet his KPIs, often at peasants' expense. He imported massive quantities of cheap foreign labour from neighbouring basket cases to boost GDP and make foreign merchants happy. His foreign guests strained the city state's resources and depress local peasants' salaries. This created a false sense of lowering capital costs. In effect, peasants are funding Hen to reward the regime, foreign merchants and getting the screw in return.

The pay peg formula is flawed. Stipends are pegged to top stipends of various professionals and CEOs. The latter may suffer lean years but the peg ensures minions' pay are benchmarked against the big winners during good or lean years. This is unfair. Furthermore no minions are required to perform because they know their pay is peg to the annual winners regardless of external economic conditions.

Ruler Loong gets discretionary powers to determine his minions' stipends. This goes back to the feudal era where minions compete to prove their loyalty to their kings for favours. Such an arrangment hardly ensure minions work for peasants' welfare. In addition, if minions are not accountable to suffering peasants but their political master. Their master perverted the Westminister system to ensure minions are returned to power during Procedural Elections. Only few Minions, Seet, Yeo, Phua suffered electoral defeats in decades but retired as pensioniers millionaires. Her Lordship, Loser Phua even secured a fat cat job at another nationalised corporation. Morever minions are rarely punished for incompetence.

-Marboro screwed up public housing
-Idiot Ray Lim messed up transport and allow Saw to run amok
-WKS played hide and seek with Mas Selamat
-Vase Josephine Teo inept handling of the SMRT Pre-Xmas Incident is appalling and her Suzhou con masters will wish they fleece more $ from her.

Yet the minions above enjoyed simple electoral fights, generous pensions and no accountability to peasants whom they exploit routinely. Most of them make peasants fund their spawns' 'scholarships'. They are expected to retire as carefree millionaires.

Therefore lackey wannabe Eugene's silly support of wealthy minions and their fat cat stipend peg will send a stink to the Seventh Heavens. The satans in hades will probably wish they are acting as feudal lords in Peasantpore rather than feuding with rabid x'tians.

Some of the great man and women did it for free and have lay down their lives for the nation without hesitation.

Eugene Tan is a nobody. He became known only after Channel News Asia found him to be someone who is guaranteed to proffer pro PAP views. And that's why for every damn policy announced by the PAP, CNA will interview him, as if he's the only one with a political view. Eugene Tan in truth is nothing more than a balls carrier of the worst kind. He tries to disguise this by trying very hard to sound neutral but as he can't not support the PAP, he always end up sounded as a bloody useless idiot. And that's what he is, a bloody useless balls carrying idiot.

Classmate of Ting Pei Ling's husband. A living example of what "could have been" if he'd followed "the path"... he obviously could not resist the temptation

It give him a distinct advantage in not stepping on toes or picking the wrong target. Vetting by father. He did not suddenly volunteer to be a "neutral observer". It is not even his discipline or even a field of research.

Father retired from intel service years ago.

Am sure PS PMO knows the relationship, having worked with Eugene's dad for many, many years. Latter was obedient and compliant, just what's expected from our intel services.

It should be: "It gave him a distinct advantage by not stepping on toes or picking the wrong target."

So much for an idiot that uses really big words like "subterranean" to describe something underground. Stupid shit.
