The top doctors at private hospitals don't do that. Some of them even carry a normal backpack when they go to work.

You cannot compare your acquaintance with @sbfuncle.

He was a 美男子, and even if he says he is now karchngbin, it's not the same as saying he is unattractive. If you were ever as handsome as Chin Han when he was young, even Chin Han would say he is a karchng bin now. The truth is the Chin Han now is far from being unattractive.
