Are all the restaurants there really making money? The base rent increased by 60%. If sales (not profit) are good, maybe even higher. I only remember Long Beach, Red House and Jumbo being busy. The others are quite dead.

There was a major renovation not too long ago. Every restaurant invested a large sum of money renovating. I wonder if they have made back that investment.
