How is the present situation with this two estates ?

Have the owners obtained their property Titles ?

Why is the Clubhouse, abandoned ?

Are all the owners up-to-date, in paying the management fees ?

How is the standard of management / who are the management ?
 
Last hrd the new council has taken over. road repairs is in the pipeline. beyond that, no idea
