A Dutch teenager who allegedly travelled to Syria to marry an Islamic State fighter but was later rescued by her mother will appear in court on terror charges, Dutch prosecutors say.

The 19-year-old known only as "Aicha" arrived in the Netherlands on Wednesday with her mother Monique, said Annemarie Kemp, a spokeswoman for the public prosecutor's office.

"Upon her arrival, Aicha was detained at once on suspicion of crimes threatening state security," Kemp said.

Aicha asked her mother to help her after her marriage to the jihadist failed and she ended up instead with a Tunisian fighter, the Dutch tabloid daily Algemeen Dagblad said.

Last week Monique was said to have travelled to the IS stronghold city of Raqa, the Algemeen Dagblad said.

She found Aicha before they escaped into Turkey, the paper said, adding that details were "very sketchy".

You believe such stories?

It just trying to say that ISIS is a threat to the world and hopefully everyone buys in to this fucking propaganda and when US attacks Syria on the pretext of ridding ISIS, many countries will support..........
