If by chance anyone from our MFA is reading this, please tell your superiors that they should demand a personal apology from the perpetrator, not someone else apologizing on his behalf. It lacks total sincerity. If MFA accepts this, then what the brothers in this forum say are true. That the PAP can look the other way when foreign trash behaves like this but when a local does the same, the law slams hard on him. If MFA lets this off without further action, then it undermines the enforcement authorities here. Think hard, MFA. You are being watched.
