Duration to recieve sales proceeds from hdb flat

Anyone here knows how long it takes to receive sales proceeds from the sale of a hdb flat? The flat was sold after the occupant passed away. His wife is deceased, he has no will and he has 4 children with the eldest handling the sales. The flat was paid by cash. Thanks in advance.
