Has anyone made money from buying Dubai Properties ?

With the present tensions in the middle east, will we see Dubai funds moving to singapore ?

It's dirt cheap. For the price of a 3 room HDB flat here, you can get a decent freehold landed property there. Just walk into the large shopping malls there like the Mall of the Emirates and you will be greeted by sales persons marketing various new property developments. In fact, I'm eyeing on a few properties there. Don't be too bothered by some kachang puteh explosions in the airport vicinity there. I have friends and clients residing there and they said that everything is fine in every other parts of Dubai.

Some claimed those special islands can be slowly sinking after a few decades as it was not reinforced by concrete / steel bars reinforcement…time will tell

Tiagong Iranianare launching waves of missile attack across Middle East…Dubai Property is 冻过水

Every weekend, u can visit at least 3 events in 5☆hotels selling Dubai homes. Why? Many wealthy buyers here , over supply , large land mass there mainly dessert. So they reclaimed land from sea to hv artificial islands to build expensive homes. Noticed prices reduced over past few mths.

Are you there now?
You must be the property developer there leh.
By the way I was just in Dubai 2 days before the explosions started
I wanted to buy some property there but TACO notified me to get out before it was too late
I listened him for once and he was right.

But I like your confidence
